The hotel has two restaurants, the secret garden restaurant, which is located in the ruins of the adjacent garden, and the rooftop restaurant which overlooks much of Stone and is widely considered the best restaurant in the area.

Spread over a number of floors and individually decorated in with rich textiles, antique furniture and with the rooms painted in violets, blues and pinks, no two rooms at Emerson Spice are alike.
