Mokuti has an excellent location, just minutes from the east gate of Etosha National Park and within its own private reserve that shares a border with the main national park. It is a large lodge, 106 rooms, but with that comes a lot of facilities, not least a spa! Activities here concentrate on wildlife drives within the private reserve and also Etosha but you can also visit the on-site reptile park and enjoy free guided walks and birdwatching as well a local village visit for a small fee.

Within the large main building you will find a gift shop, a large comfortable lounge, two bars, a children’s play area and free business centre. There are two restaurants, one serving international cuisine with both a buffet and a la carte menu and the other serving African meals with game meat a feature of the menu. There is plenty of space outside space within manicured gardens where you will find two swimming pools, a billiard room, two tennis courts, a pool bar serving drinks and light snacks, the 24-hour gym which overlooks the waterhole and finally the spa offering a range of treatments as well as a sauna and jacuzzi.

There are three room categories, standard rooms, eight family rooms and eight luxury suites. The standard rooms come equipped with twin beds, chargeable mini bar, mini safe, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, air-conditioning and a satellite tv. All rooms are ensuite and come with a toilet and shower. The family rooms are very similar although larger and can accommodate up to three children and the suites have king-sized beds and a lounge area.
