Owned and operated by &Beyond, one of the leading luxury accommodation providers in Africa, Lake Manyara Tree Lodge is hands down the most impressive option in the park. Located deep within the park, and far from day trip visitors, the lodge is nestled within an ancient mahogany forest and blends in seamlessly. The very impressive two-story main lodge boasts an upstairs lounge/relaxation area and viewing deck and on the first floor you will find a dining area and interactive kitchen where you can watch your delicious meals being prepared or even get involved if you wish.

Just in front of the main lodge there is an outside boma (secure enclosure) with a fire pit and tables set up for magical evening dining experiences. A short walk through the ancient woodlands and you will find a swimming pool area with raised decking and sun loungers, the perfect spot for some relaxing when not out on your safari adventure. For those that enjoy a message there is even a treetop massage sala where you can wind away the aches and pains.

The tree house suites here, all on raised wooden platforms and high above the ground, are seriously impressive. These huge rooms are very tastefully decorated and come with a lounge, writing desk and large bathroom with bath and shower as well as a huge decking area overlooking the surrounding forest and treetops.
