This five-bedroom exclusive use villa is located on the north-east coast with stunning views over the Indian Ocean. The villa features an 80-metre private beach with a deck and thatched roof, the perfect lunch spot, and beautiful swimming pool and sun lounger area, direct ocean access, a powerboat and sailing boat with skippers, games room, library, and professional staff including a chef and housekeepers. There are different levels of catering available from breakfast only to full board, or if you prefer you can take care of that yourself.

On the ground floor you will find a lounge and dining areas well as an open bar, the perfect place to enjoy evening drinks with the spectacular views of the ocean. On the first floor is a panoramic lounge with 270 degrees views. Within the beautifully manicured and large tropical gardens you will find palms trees, oriental fruits (mango, pineapple and passion fruit), and beautiful flowers including hibiscus, bougainvillea, frangipani, oleander and paradise. Massage services are also available here with your choice of locations, in the garden, villa or even on the beach.

The villa has 5 large bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and sleeps up to 14. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and fully equipped en-suite bathrooms. All beds are king-size with deluxe matrasses and pillows for a perfect night’s rest. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, with garden views. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with ocean views and a large suite with two king-size beds, en-suite bathroom and private terrace with views of the garden. Cots are available on request and two further single beds can be provided to go in any of the bedrooms. The villa operates in a similar way to a hotel with housekeepers cleaning the room and house on a daily basis.
