Nxai Pan
Nxai Pan – best to visit in Botswana’s Green Season (November – end of March), this is home to Africa’s second largest migration, with vast herds of zebra leading the charge to make the most of the lush grasses along the Boteti River. The area itself is formed over an ancient lake-bed, littered with fossils and now covered with grass, which explains the naturally fertile landscape that acts as such a draw to the migrating wildlife.
