The varied topography of the Okavango Delta means that certain areas are particularly known for likely predator sightings, such as lion, leopard and wild dog, all of which you will search for with your expert guide as well as elephant, giraffe, antelope, zebra, wildebeest and soaring fish eagles to name but a few. Then it’s straight on to the woodlands and plains of the riverine Linyanti Wetlands area, where wild dog den and the lodge size is small to further enhance the exclusivity of your sightings. Head out on classic game drives or even on foot during your immersive safari days, where every sighting is unique.

Depending on where you stay, game drives, boat cruises, helicopter flights, mokoro trips, walking safaris and even hot air ballooning may be on offer. ... Here you will be met by your driver once you have come through baggage claim, and transferred to your lodge in the Chobe region. Depending on if you stay in the Kasane area or the Chobe Forest area road transfer takes approximately 20 minutes to 1 hour, meaning that you will have time this afternoon to head out on an afternoon safari.

Chobe is especially fantastic for elephant sightings during the peak dry season, with many hundreds of elephant sometimes possible to spot in the same safari.
